In recent years, the level of application technology of bag filter in China has been greatly improved, and it has been widely used in various industries, and the application field is expanding.
The bag filter mainly depends on the efficiency of the dust layer thickness of the filter bag filter and the filter bag dust collector. In general, dense filters, dust layer thickness, and high efficiency; but the corresponding gas capacity, ie, processing, filtering wind speed is low. How to ensure high efficiency and stability of the filter pressure loss, at the same time, but also increase the filtration speed is a problem that needs further research. The increased filtration speed depends on the cleaning method and the performance of the filter.

(5) When high temperature resistant filter materials such as glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene and P84 are used, they can be operated at high temperature of 200 ° C or higher.
