The pulse bag type dust collector adopts the sub-chamber air-stop pulse blowing cleaning technology, which overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional pulse dust collector and the compartment back-flushing dust collector, has strong cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, small air leakage rate and energy consumption. Due to the use of compartmental air-stop pulse to spray cleaning, the purpose of thorough cleaning can be achieved by spraying once, so the cleaning cycle is prolonged, the energy consumption of cleaning is reduced, and the consumption of compressed gas can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue of the filter bag and the pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby multiplying the life of the filter bag and the valve piece. Inspection and replacement of the bag can be carried out in the system without stopping the system fan and the normal operating conditions of the system. The bag mouth of the filter bag adopts elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and facilitates unloading the bag.
The upper bagging method is adopted. After the bag is pulled out when the bag is changed, the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box, and is taken out from the manhole, thereby improving the bag changing operation condition. The cabinet adopts airtight design, good sealing performance, excellent sealing material for inspection door, kerosene leak detection during production, and low air leakage rate. The inlet and outlet ducts are compactly arranged and the airflow resistance is small.
When the pulse bag type dust collector works normally, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet. Due to the rapid expansion of the gas volume, a part of the coarser dust particles fall into the ash bucket due to inertia or natural settlement, and most of the remaining dust particles follow The airflow rises into the bag chamber, and after being filtered through the filter bag, the dust particles are retained on the outside of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper case from the inside of the filter bag, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the valve plate hole and the exhaust port, thereby achieving The purpose of dust removal. As the filtration continues, the dust collector resistance also rises. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the cleaning controller issues a cleaning command.
First, the lifting valve plate is closed to cut off the filtered air flow; then, the cleaning controller sends a signal to the pulse solenoid valve, and the pulse bag rapidly bulges and generates a strong force as the pulse valve sends the high pressure reverse air flow used for cleaning the dust into the bag. The jitter causes the dust on the outside of the filter bag to shake off and achieve the purpose of cleaning. Since the equipment is divided into several box areas, the above process is carried out box by box. When one box area is cleaned, the remaining box areas are still working normally, which ensures the continuous normal operation of the equipment. The key to the high concentration of dust is that the cleaning time required for such strong cleaning is extremely short.
